For regular maintenance, we recommend booking at least one week ahead. During peak season (spring and summer), two weeks notice helps ensure availability. Emergency services may be possible with shorter notice.
We work in most conditions, but heavy rain or frost may require rescheduling certain services. We will contact you in advance if weather affects your appointment and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
Not necessarily. Many of our regular clients provide access arrangements and we work while they are away. We can discuss security and access during your initial consultation.
We primarily serve Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and parts of Greater London. For locations outside these areas, please contact us to discuss availability and any additional travel considerations.
